You can use Bifrost to log in to most Thor systems. For access to most systems, like the Thor website, you need to be a (former active) member or benefactor. You do not need to be a member to buy a TesLAN ticket.
Generally, if you study at the department of Electrical Engineering, you can become a Thor member.
